On 12/6/21 I contacted Medicare Mall to change to a different supplement policy. I was very fortunate to have Cal Hero help me do so. He was very helpful and informative. His knowledge of all available policies was very impressive. This made the process very smooth and uncomplicated. I appreciate his professional manner, his courtesy during our conversation.
